Marty Jennings is an attorney at the Law Office of Goering & Goering, LLC and focuses his practice on consumer and business bankruptcy, as well as domestic relations law and divorce issues involved with bankruptcy. Currently, he is practicing in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Marty helps clients in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies, as well as with the debt issues that arise in divorce matters.

Marty earned his Juris doctor from Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati. Marty is an active member of Ohio, Kentucky, Cincinnati and the Northern Kentucky Bar associations. He also has testified as an expert in Domestic Relations Court on bankruptcy matters, has spoken to domestic relations subcommittees on how bankruptcy may affect a divorce settlement or judgment, and lectured at the bankruptcy class at Chase law school.

In his spare time, he can be found on a lake fishing or playing bluegrass mandolin.
